How can reach Ladakh?
Ladakh has two different routes allowing the entry of tourists and visitors, which include Sirnagar-Leh Highway and Leh-Manali Highway. Ladakh can be visited from Kashmir through the Srinagar-Leh highway. This route remains open from the month of May till October or November.
The other route to reach Ladakh is the Manali-Leh Highway, which remains open from the month of June to late October allowing traffic. This route came into existence in 1989.
There’s a domestic airport at Leh that connects the city with Delhi.
